Praying in color has been described as “an active, meditative, and playful prayer practice.” It is the process of using paper and coloring tools to create a visual reminder of time spent in prayer.
During our Prayer Service time in August, our children will be given their own Praying in Color notebook. The children will have a table set up for them in the Great Room where they can work on their prayers during our Prayer Service time. This prayer discipline will encourage our children to listen to the prayers of our church family and to embody those prayers in art.
Join us on Wednesday nights, as we gather around the tables for food, fellowship, and prayer.
