Passport Mission Camp has become a tradition with the youth of Highland Hills. Passport Mission trips not only give our youth the opportunity to serve the people of a particular city, they also allow our youth to develop lifelong friendships with other youth from around the country. This year’s group from Highland Hills includes 23 youth and four chaperones. Our group will join up with 300 youth and adults from around the country in Danville, Virginia, for this Passport experience.
The theme for Passport this year is “This Wild Life,” featuring the scripture John 10:10b “Jesus said, ‘I came so that everyone would have life and have it in its fullest.’” Through Bible studies, devotions, small groups, worship, meals, awesome fun times, games, and parties, the students will learn that God created us to live full and beautiful lives! Trusting Jesus can help to turn living day after ordinary day into a wild and precious life.
Our youth love their week of Passport mission camp and always work hard and make wonderful faith memories that last a lifetime. Please keep our youth and their leaders in your prayers as they work, play, and share the love of our Lord with the people of Danville, Virginia.
