Campus spaces...

What a beautiful place! The campus of Highland Hills is teeming with natural beauty. Our membership seeks to maintain the grounds to be a place of tranquil refuge where one can share a moment with God in his creation.

Amphitheater

The amphitheater is built into the hillside to the east of the sanctuary. It is the perfect setting for the annual live nativity drama and Easter sunrise service, as well as concerts, weddings, or quiet lunches.

Courtyard

The courtyard is nestled in the center of campus, surrounded by crepe myrtles and flanked by roses, daylillies, blue plumbago, golden lantana, and other beautiful foliage. The courtyard has been the site of many weddings, fall festivals, egg hunts, pet blessings, concerts, and celebrations of all types. The courtyard is a wonderful and cherished gathering place.

Front Lawn

Directly in front of the sanctuary is the front lawn. This intimate area is a lovely place for hunting eggs, enjoying a lunch or reception after worship, or speding time in quiet reflection.

Playgrounds for Preschoolers and Children

Providing a play area for our young children and a gathering place for families after church, the preschool playground is located in a fenced-in area next to the preschool entrance. With slides, swings, and tunnels, the playground allows children to run and play in God’s creation.

For our older children, a wooded play area is located across the parking lot from the preschool playground. Built like a tree house, with a curly slide and swings, the play area encourages the energy and imagination of childhood.
