Farewell to an Old Oak

It’s time to say a sad goodbye to an old, old oak tree on our church property. A large oak in the back courtyard has developed rot in its roots and the top branches are dying. After much research and deliberation by the co-chairs of the grounds committee, they have been advised that the tree is a danger to the church. It will be carefully removed soon. We thank the grounds committee for their diligence in keeping our property and building safe and beautiful.
