Easter Flower Cross

On Easter Sunday, we will continue a favorite tradition – an Easter flower cross - by placing flowers on a large cross and filling the cross with symbols of hope.

You are asked to bring a flower and place it on the cross in front of the sanctuary as you arrive on Easter morning. Bring freshly cut flowers or ones that you purchase. You might bring flowers that hold special meaning for you this year: your mother's favorite bloom, a wildflower that represents a difficult season for you, or a flower that represents each of your children. Place your flowers on the cross and consider the wonder of how God makes beauty from ashes, and blooms where there was once brokenness. Extra flowers will also be available.
